Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration

This is my third review of a Satisfyer toy, and since I absolutely adored the last two, I have very high expectations. While there was no actual functional difference between my other two versions, the Satisfyer Pro 2 and Satisfyer Pro Penguin Next Generation, it was all the little improvements, such as more intuitive buttons, less noise, and a larger nozzle, that made the Pro Penguin feel on a whole other level. But while my new model, the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration (also known as the Satisfyer Pro 1+), has similar little fixes, it also features a whole other function. Can you guess what it is (hint: it’s in the name)? That’s right, this is a Satisfyer toy that can also vibrate! It seems like such an obvious and simple improvement, but I never even considered it prior to hearing about this toy. It also sounds amazing, and so I instantly knew I had to get my hands on one of these. Thankfully Nikki Darling were kind enough to send one my way, so let’s see if it’s as good as it sounds!

Product Description

The first thing that immediately stood out to me when I saw the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is how the actual toy does not match its product advertisements. The design is completely the same, but while it is advertised as being fully silicone (which it is), the product images show a shiny material, similar to the gold ABS plastic of the buttons. However, in reality the silicone of this toy is matte, and it doesn’t have this shiny effect at all. Because of this I find the toy very ugly for some reason, with its strange organically sculpted white body. This is a highly subjective point of view, but something about the way this looks in person just puts me off. To me, it is certainly the least attractive looking Satisfyer toy I have tried so far.

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration

Other than a new look, new button system, and the addition of vibrations, this new Satisfyer is very similar to the previous two I have tried. Its body is made entirely of silicone, similar to the Pro Penguin, however the buttons are made with ABS plastic. Satisfyer have again tried to make this toy more ergonomic, switching back to their original idea of having the buttons facing away from the nozzle of the toy, like they were on the Pro 2. I really like how it feels to hold the Pro Plus Vibration, and the body feels more like an extension of the toy than just a handle, which is something I found with the other models I have tried. There are four buttons on it, three to control the stimulation and one to control the vibrations, and as with the previous models, this toy is fully waterproof, USB rechargeable, and has a silicone nozzle that can be removed for cleaning. The hole in the nozzle of this toy is much larger than the other two, and you can check out some photos here for a comparison of the three toys.

Packaging

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration Packaging

The Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration was sent to me by Nikki Darling on the 5th of March and I received it on the 8th of March, which was super fast! If you read any of my previous reviews featuring items from Nikki Darling you may remember I had major issues with their courier service. But thankfully they have now switched to Australia Post, so I experienced no issues this time round. In addition, the packaging was also completely discreet, with no mention of the company who sent the items or what was inside. The packaging for the actual toy is very similar to the previous Satisfyer toys I have reviewed, with just a simple cardboard box featuring images of the toy. Inside the box you can find the toy, alongside its charger and an instruction manual.

Charging

Charging the toy is easy and uses the same great charger as the previous Satisfyers. Just connect this to a USB port and the other end will automatically connect to the Pro Plus Vibration with magnets. While charging a LED light will blink, and once it is fully charged the light will remain solid. Initial charging may take up to eight hours, but after this it should only take around 2 hours and will give you around 120 minutes of playtime.

Controls

Controlling this toy is very easy and intuitive, and essentially does what the Pro 2 should have. There is three buttons to control the suction with, an ‘off / on’ button, ‘plus’ button, and ‘minus’ button. As you’d imagine, these all do exactly what their symbols suggest. To turn it on just hold down the ‘off / on’ button which will put you on the lowest strength, and then you can use the ‘minus’ and ‘plus’ buttons to increase or decrease through the 11 levels of intensity. You can then turn it off again by holding down the ‘off / on’ button. The fourth button is then for the vibrations, and this has the symbol of ‘~’. This can be held down to turn the vibrations on or off, and then can be clicked again to cycle through the 10 modes, 3 of which are steady speeds and 7 of which are patterns. The only thing that is slightly weird is that this starts you on the strongest steady speed, and then decreases the strength while clicking through, rather than the other way around which is more typical. The vibrations can be turned on at any time, either when the suction is going or just by itself, so there is no restrictions with this. Overall I really love the button system on the Pro Plus Vibration, it is far better than the Pro 2, and on par with the Pro Penguin which also didn’t really have any faults.

First Impressions

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration

I was so happy about the noise level reduction they achieved for the Pro Penguin after the Pro 2 was so loud (although I should note I have the original version, so the current Pro 2 that is on the market is apparently 90% quieter). The Pro Plus Vibration is also much quieter than the Pro 2 which I was super happy about, although unfortunately it is a fair bit louder than the Pro Penguin. This isn’t the sort of toy I would use if privacy was an issue for me, and even though it’s not I’m still a little concerned that my neighbours can hear it!

My Experience

Since the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration has a larger hole than my other Satisfyer toys, I find applying it to my clitoris far easier since I don’t have to be as precise. Often when using Satisfyer toys I spend a great deal of time just trying to position them, and I found this was almost completely eliminated when using this version of the toy. While I found it comfortable to hold and the buttons easy to use, ultimately I still prefer the design of the Pro Penguin when it comes to this, as on the Pro Penguin I can see the buttons which makes using them easier. But this is only a small thing, and it didn’t take me long to learn the button placements on the Pro Plus Vibration. One of the biggest things I didn’t like about the Pro Penguin was the lack of silicone on its nozzle, which made the toy feel less comfortable to use than the Pro 2. Thankfully however the Pro Plus Vibration has corrected this, giving a larger silicone area for the nozzle which I far prefer then any of the other toys.

In terms of the suction power I don’t really feel a huge difference between the three toys. When using the Pro Plus Vibration the biggest difference comes from the fact that the nozzle is bigger than usual, which I find makes the suction feel less intense as it isn’t on such a pin-point area, which I far prefer. However, in my last review I noted that I preferred the smaller hole of the Pro 2 because I enjoyed the more intense feeling, so perhaps my tastes have changed as I am contradicting myself here. But this is probably also to do with the fact that this toy is already ramped up in intensity because of the vibrations, and having a small hole on this too would likely just be too much. Overall the vibrations are actually quite weak and buzzy, and I don’t think I would be able to orgasm from using this toy without the suction capabilities. However, when the vibrations and suction are combined… it is a match made in heaven. You really can’t feel how poor the vibrations are when the suction is turned on, as instead it just feels absolutely amazing and totally breath-taking (seriously, I need to remember to breath when using this toy!). As always I find orgasms with the Satisfyer toys completely out-of-this-world and like no other toy, and the Pro Plus Vibration makes this even better than usual. I’ve also found it can make me orgasm a lot faster (under 60 seconds, anyone?) than my other Satisfyer toys, which is a huge plus.

Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration Nozzle

As with my previous Satisfyers I find the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration to be too difficult to use with an insertable toy or during sex. Although the stimulation it gives is so intense I’m not sure I would want to use it alongside anything else anyway!

Cleaning & Care

Cleaning the Satisfyer Pro Plus Vibration is easy. Just remove the silicone head and wash it in warm soapy water and rinse. If the body of the toy is dirty too then the whole thing can be placed and washed in the water since it is waterproof. Then leave these to air dry and reassemble. After this the toy can be kept however you want, such as in its original packaging or in a zip lock bag. Since the head and body are made out of silicone ensure you don’t use silicone based lubricant with it. Be cautious when using this toy and do not overuse it as it can start to become painful after excessive use. Furthermore, I have found prolonged use of the toy can make my clitoris quite sore the next day, so I wouldn’t recommend using it excessively if you are planning on having any rigorous sex or further masturbation within the next 24 hours.

Final Thoughts

I adored the Satisfyer Pro Penguin, especially after having so many issues with the Pro 2. But there were still a few little things that frustrated me with the Pro Penguin, and now the Pro Plus Vibration has not only fixed these things, but has also added the whole other experience of vibrations! It goes without saying that the Pro Plus Vibration is by far my favourite Satisfyer I have ever tried, and I finally feel I can now put my other two away in storage. The only real downside to the Pro Plus Vibration is its noise level, which can be quite off-putting. So if noise is an issue for you and you don’t care for vibrations, then I would instead recommend getting a Pro Penguin which is a cheaper model. However, if you are after a Satisfyer toy and don’t mind a little bit of noise, then the Pro Plus Vibration is certainly the way to go. Every time I try a new Satisfyer it raises the bar even higher than the last one, so I can’t wait to try more soon.

  1. I want to share my thoughts on the SP+V.

For me the buttons on tje back makes more sence than where they are on the Penguin. I use them lying down and dont wear my glasses so no way can I see the toy that well so control position is best when my fingertips can access them rather than my eyes. With 4 fingertips on the back while masturbating and only my thumb on the front, the back is best for me.

Why just 1 of the buttons to control vibration! 3 buttons for suction is OTT combining down with off and up with on (press and hold to put on or off) and freeing up a second button for vibration control would have been much better. It took the company years to fix the one button speed control issue on the Satisfyer Pro2 and now they recreate the same problem with vibration here!

The silicone covering sucks! I am not on about the nozzle but rather the body. It picks up fluff and lint and hairs and has to be washed under the tap to clear it because the material is almost sticky to these contaminates. Yes I wash all my toys after use but with the SP+V I have to wash it before use as storage results in this contamination too. Tje SP2 got things right here.

  2. An interesting toy but I have to agree that the colour really doesn’t photograph well or seem particularly appealing.

  3. We love our Satisfyer Pro Traveler. It’s tiny, discreet and quiet…but what if it added vibration? Would it be even better? We may have to find out…soon.

  4. I purchased one about 8months ago and it was the best investment in a sec toy I have ever made . Sadly a month ago the suction stopped working and it seems like I’ve only got vibration. I know there is a 15yr warranty on them but who or where do I send it back to for a replacement?
The last month hasn’t been the same without this little beauties working 😭
If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!!!
