If you know me or are a regular reader of my blog you’ll know that I love wand massagers. I throughly enjoy dildos and anal toys but I think of them more like a fun novelty, whereas external vibrators, with wand massagers being my favourite kind, I think of more as a necessity. I’m a pretty busy person and I generally have time to masturbate properly (porn + dildos + more than 5 minutes) about once a week, and once I do then also managing to clean whatever I’ve used is a whole other thing. Wand massagers, on the other hand, let me cum ridiculously quickly with almost no effort and can require no cleaning if I use them through clothing. They are perfect for my lifestyle and my body.
Review: Jopen Key Comet Wand
I’ve recently concluded that my sex toy collection had been lacking a certain something: G-spot simulators. I have a few toys, particularly dildos (with my favourite being the Pack ‘n Play No.2) that I can use to stimulate my G-spot, but none of them are specifically made with pleasuring the G-spot in mind, and this was definitely a hole in my collection that needed to be remedied fast. There are two main G-spot holy grails that almost all bloggers will swear by, the first being the Pure Wand by Njoy which is a stainless steel and double sided dildo which is aided by its weight to create maximum pleasure. While I’m sure it is amazing, the Pure Wand is also around $260 AUD / $173 USD, and for someone like me who is not completely sold on G-spot stimulation yet, it seemed like a expensive toy to try it out on. The other, much more reasonably priced, blogger favourite is the Comet G-Spot Wand from Key by Jopen, which seemed to me like the perfect starter G-spot stimulation toy, and so when Mimi De Luxe contacted me about doing a review for them I was over the moon when they agreed to send it for me to try.
Review: Fun Factory Stronic Eins
I’m not really an internal vibrator kind of girl. Maybe that is because I only own one, but I just don’t really see the appeal to it. I just like having something vibrate my clitoris while something else thrusts inside my vagina, it’s nature’s magic combo after all. But if you imagine the sex toy market without any internal vibrators you are really just left with dildos for internal stimulation, and while dildos are absolutely great and do come in a huge variety of shapes, sizes and textures, you’re kind of left wanting something more. So when I heard about Fun Factory’s line of Stronic Pulsators, a vibrator-looking toy that uses magnets to thrust back and forth inside you, I was hooked and have been eager to get my hands on the Fun Factory Stronic Eins ever since. It was as if they read my mind and made the perfect toy for me!
Review: Magic Wand Rechargeable
I’m a wand girl. I like clit vibrators and use them often, but nothing is quite the same as a wand massager. They were my first type of vibrator and still my most used today. I started off with the Wanachi Mini, and looking back on it, damn was it weak, but when I first got it I loved it to bits and used it to death (literally). Next I got the Fairy Wand, which I still hope to review sometime. Again it was clearly pretty weak, but still a huge upgrade from the Wanachi and for a good year or so it was named my Number 1 Favourite Toy. I use to switch between the two constantly, depending on whether I wanted to use the weak but cordless Wanachi, which was far easier to pull out quickly during spontaneous play sessions, or the Fairy Wand, which was more powerful but I had to plug in (which where I use to live was really, really annoying). I’m not one to make big purchases, but it was pretty clear I needed to invest in one of the big guns, a Doxy or Hitachi Magic Wand. I ended up going with the Magic Wand Rechargeable, letting it fix my two biggest issues, power and the ability to be cordless. It kind of felt like it would be too good to be true while I was waiting for it, but I’ve now had it since August last year, and I can 100% confirm its excellence! It is easily my most used sex toy ever, I think if it ever died I would be completely heart broken and need 20 boxes of ice cream to drown my sorrows, that is until my next one arrives.
Review: Lovehoney Booty Buddy
This is my second review on my quest to track down ‘good quality cheap beginner’s butt plugs’. My first review on the subject was a success, but it wasn’t the most easily accessible plug to buy online or in stores, especially if you weren’t in the UK. So I spent some time searching through Lovehoney’s great selection of silicone beginner’s plugs. I was presently surprised to see that the large majority of their range was $20 and under, which for me personally is a price I’m totally ok to spend on something without having to think it over very much. Out of all of them I was most drawn to the Booty Buddy since until now I did not own any curved plugs and I was super eager to give it a go.
Review: Tantus Vamp
If I were to pinpoint the most surprising thing I have found out about my body since starting this sex toy journey, it would be that I have a really small vagina. By that, I mean that while I have an average looking one, and have a little above average depth, my vagina’s opening is very small, meaning I have a lot of trouble with above average girth toys. I still hope to one day be a Size Queen (a term used by bloggers who enjoy big toys) like a lot of my other favourite sex toy bloggers and be able to enjoy some of their favourites, but right now that’s not the case, I’m more like a Size Princess at the moment. That is totally ok, everyone is different and it doesn’t really effect me too much. But it is something I didn’t know when purchasing the Tantus Vamp. I don’t see it as a mistake, because it helped me to learn myself, but ultimately it turned a toy I have read many positive reviews on, into something not so positive for me.
