Rocks Off Regala

If there is any product I am most weary of trying these days, it would have to be rabbit vibrators. It’s not that I have anything against them, but just that out of all other sex toys they have the biggest capacity for failure. Designing a product that stimulates both the clitoris and G-Spot perfectly is no easy task and one that I wouldn’t wish on anybody, since the distance between these two lauded stimulation points can vary so much between bodies. Toys like this need to be both flexible, in order to work for as many people as possible, and firm, so that enough pressure is applied to achieve pleasure, and that’s before you even start to consider the amount of power required in both arms. Due to all this, it takes a lot for me to put my faith in one of these toys enough to test it for review, especially since my G-Spot is typically not friendly to vibrators in general. So, when Rocks Off recently contacted me about their latest dual stimulation vibe, I wasn’t interested at first, but that was until I read a bit further into it… because the Regala isn’t just your typical G-Spot and clitoral vibrator, but rather an A-Spot and clitoral vibrator!

Product Description

I am a big fan of A-Spot stimulation,A pleasure point similar to the G-Spot, but located just under the cervix in fact, far more so than G-Spot. I find it easier to stimulate and much more pleasurable, and as such it’s an ability almost all of my favourite dildos have. But an A-Spot vibrator? Well that is something new. Plus, whilst my troublesome G-Spot usually means dual-stimulation vibrators rarely work for me, having the internal arm target my A-Spot instead should be a breeze in comparison. So, in the end Rocks Off didn’t really have to do much convincing to get me to accept the Regala for review. Aside from what it can do, for which the only visual indication is the unusually long and curved internal arm, the Regala is very much your typical rabbit vibrator. Covered in a layer of silky smooth body-safe silicone, it sadly only comes in black, although a small area of gold ABS plastic at the far end does offer a contrast to this which gives a sense of luxury. There are then two buttons in the silicone, and on the other side of this is a magnetic USB charging area. While firm overall, both arms on the toy are also somewhat flexible, which allows for easy customisation of their positions. Plus, like the internal arm, the external arm is also a bit different to what you’ll usually find on toys like this, with a broad and textured surface area designed to rest over the clitoris. In addition the Rocks Off Regala is also fully waterproof, and while it is also anal-safe it is not intended for this kind of use.

Packaging

Rocks Off Regala Packaging and Instructions

My order with Rocks Off for the Regala was placed around the 22nd of December and I received it on the 30th, which was great timing, particularly as this was over the holiday period. There was no mention of the contents of the package, however it did list the sender as Rocks Off, which is fairly discreet but still might be a worry if privacy is important to you. It has been quite some time since I have reviewed for Rocks Off, with my last review of one of their products being back in 2018, but I was pleased to see their packaging is still very much the same. Featuring the brand’s signature colour scheme of black and gold (which also works perfectly with the Regala itself), the simple box oozes luxury with its use of UV coatings to make the detailing pop. A picture of the toy is then displayed on the front, whilst information about it rests on the back, and once opened you can remove the toy which rests snugly inside a plastic calm-shell. In addition to the toy itself, the Regala also comes with a brief information sheet on the toy as well as its charging cord.

Charging

Rocks Off Regala Charging

As the Rocks Off Regala is USB rechargeable, charging it is very easy. Just plug one end of the charger into a USB port, and the other end can then be magnetically connected to the charging prongs on the toy, which have a great connection strength. Once connected the light on the toy will be steady to indicate charging, and this will then begin flashing when fully charged. This system, however, is the opposite of how most vibrators indicate charging, and I have to admit it really threw me off the first time I used it. Plus, another issue is that the instructions list the Regala as taking one hour to charge, whilst on the box and website it is listed as three hours. As for use time once fully charged, Rocks Off consistently list it as three hours, and they also recommended charging the toy before the first use. One extra thing worth mentioning is that the charging cable for this toy features the Rocks Off logo, which I really love as it makes the cord easy to identify.

Controls

Controlling the Regala is pretty straightforward and I really like the system that it uses. Essentially the toy has two different motors, with one located in each arm, and as such they each have their own button. These are labelled fairly well, with the button that controls the external arm, or rabbit arm, featuring a picture of a rabbit, and the button that controls the internal arm featuring a straight line, which may either be because the internal arm looks straight from that angle or because it is the letter “I” for internal. Then, to turn the toy on and put it into stand-by mode you can press either button down for three seconds, and success will be indicated by the light flashing slowly. After this you can then press either button to turn on its respective motor, which will automatically put you on its lowest steady speed, and from here you can continue to click the button to flick through each motor’s 10 modes, 3 of which are steady speeds and 7 of which are patterns. Finally, to turn the toy off you can hold either button down for three seconds. I am quite happy with all of this and love that the motors can either be used independently or together, but my biggest complaint is that once a motor is on it cannot be turned off without turning off the entire toy, which can be frustrating when you decide you don’t want one arm on anymore but want to keep the other as is.

First Impressions

The biggest issue I’ve had in the past with products from Rocks Off was their weak motors, so that was definitely one of my main concerns when accepting the Regala for review. Unfortunately this does again seem to be the case with the Regala, particularly regarding the motor in its external arm, which is very buzzy. This is a shame, as I always find clitoral vibes to be more important in regards to their quality than internal vibes, primarily since I only tend to have clitoral orgasms At least one benefit of the weak motors is that the toy is relatively quiet, although if you do have roommates you’re trying to stay silent because of then it may still be a little too loud for this.

My Experience

Inserting the Rocks Off Regala is easy since the toy is slim enough that no prior arousal or internal play is required. Once in I was then pleasantly surprised by just how well this toy seems to fit my body, as the external arm sits perfectly over my clitoris. This is definitely helped by both its broad surface area and flexibility, although even with this it still has a good amount of pressure on my clitoris. As for the internal arm, this falls short of my A-Spot when initially inserted, but it can be thrusted back towards my A-Spot for some good stimulation of that area, particularly when I’ve already warmed it up with another A-Spot toy such as the Tantus Vamp Super Soft or Uberrime Ripley Alien. I do feel that if the arm was slightly longer this would have been even better, and I also find that its pointed end can be slightly uncomfortable, as I prefer rounded heads when stimulating sensitive areas such as this. Perhaps the biggest issue with stimulating my A-Spot with the Regala however, is that when doing so it pushes the external arm off of my clitoris, so that I cannot enjoy both sensations at once. Overall all of this combines to mean that I don’t use the Regala’s A-Spotting abilities all that much, which is a shame since this was definitely the thing I was most excited about with this toy.

Rocks Off Regala

Even though things didn’t work out exactly as I had hoped for with this toy, I’ve got to admit my testing of it has still been a success. Inserting the Regala inside of me, turning on the vibrations, and then simply letting go for hands-free pleasure has quickly become my favourite way to use the toy. Even though the clitoral vibrations are weak, I think something about the pressure and texture that the external arm puts on my clit gets me in all the right ways. Then, even though the internal arm isn’t stimulating any pleasure points, it certainly still feels amazing inside with its vibrations going. Small thrusts with it (so that it remains on my clitoris) feel great too, and the sensations it gives me simply reminds me of using a non-G- or A-Spot dildo in combination with a bullet vibrator, except that it is a lot easier since I only need to use one hand (which is brilliant for when I want to watch porn on my phone). As for the orgasms, they come fast and hard with this toy, and it’s one of those products that always leaves me wanting more.

Cleaning & Care

Cleaning the Rocks Off Regala is easy as it is waterproof. Just wipe it down with some warm soapy water, rinse, and then leave to dry. Storing it in a reusable bag, such as a zip-lock bag, is then recommended as the silicone will attract dust otherwise. Make sure to not use silicone-based lubricant with this product, as it may react badly to the silicone it is made of, but if you do then first perform a spot test.

Final Thoughts

Rocks Off Regala Arms

Even though I found the vibrations in the Rocks Off Regala weak and it didn’t really work for my A-Spot, which was the one reason I wanted it, this has miraculously still turned out to be a brilliant review. I believe the genius in the Regala lies in the fact that it has the perfect balance between being both flexible and firm, since it seems every other rabbit vibrator I’ve tried up until now either goes too far in one direction. The Rabbit Company Come Hither Rabbit and Vibease Esthesia? Too firm. The Paloqueth Rabbit and Adorime Rabbit? Too soft. But the Rocks Off Regala? Well, it’s juuuussst right. As such I can’t deny that this is easily my favourite rabbit vibrator that I’ve ever tried, and considering its relatively low price point I am pretty damn impressed by that fact. So, if you’re the sort of person who enjoys hands-free or one handed masturbation and doesn’t care too much about G- or A-Spot stimulation, then I couldn’t recommend this more.
