I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve been seeing this kind of sex toy everywhere. A whole new breed of G-Spot vibrator, where the internal arm features a hollow area containing a flapping finger for additional stimulation whilst inside of you, my initial impression was to dismiss the whole thing as a novelty gag. But with it coming up again and again, and Honey Play Box just now receiving the patent for it (dubbing it “Kinky Finger” flapping technology), I knew I had to start taking it a bit more seriously. One of the biggest sellers of these “flappers”, my preferred term, is PlayfulSexToy, so when they recently came on board as one of my blog advertisers, I saw about reviewing one. Their signature line, Sam, combines this technology with an external arm to allow it work for dual-stimulation, and with four different generations available it was hard to know which one to pick. Ultimately though I had to go with PlayfulSexToy’s most recent release, the Sam IV.
Review: Honey Play Box Joi
As the range of options for clitoral stimulation increases over the years, I suppose it is only inevitable that these new styles will eventually be available in rabbit form. The bane of any sex toy reviewer’s existence, it was difficult enough to find a vibrating dual-stimulator to match your own body measurements, let alone one with a suction nozzle or flicking tongue. Yet while I have had some unexpected success with air pressure rabbits so far in the form of the Womanizer DUO, I have thankfully been able to avoid the latter of the two due to my general indifference to those little flapping pieces of silicone. That is, until now. When Honey Play Box recently approached me to review their brand new product, the Joi, it seemed it was finally time to give this rising star of the sex toy world a go. Which may or may not have been highly influenced by the fact that it comes in my favourite colour, which I’ve never had a vibrator in before.
Review: Snail Vibe
As a sex toy tester, I hear terms like “innovative”, “first of its kind”, and “revolutionary” a lot when looking at products to review, with every company seemingly trying to “reinvent” the vibrator. The thing is, they really don’t need reinventing. Sure, new features like app compatibility and Smart Silence are great, and motors can always be improved upon, but designs like wand massagers and G-Spot vibrators are classics for a reason, and don’t need entire overhauls. The exception to this, and the one product where I do think there is room for change, however, is the rabbit. Despite their popularity, these dual-stimulation toys are well known to be very hit-and-miss depending on how the user’s body matches up to the toy’s typically rigid measurements, and often considered a big risk to purchase. In fact, after seven years of reviewing them, the recent We-Vibe Nova 2 is the only one I feel even remotely safe in recommending to people, but even that doesn’t work for everyone. So when I heard about an entirely new type of dual stimulator that had just won an award for its universal design, I was excited. At least I was, until I saw it…
Review: Rocks Off Regala
If there is any product I am most weary of trying these days, it would have to be rabbit vibrators. It’s not that I have anything against them, but just that out of all other sex toys they have the biggest capacity for failure. Designing a product that stimulates both the clitoris and G-Spot perfectly is no easy task and one that I wouldn’t wish on anybody, since the distance between these two lauded stimulation points can vary so much between bodies. Toys like this need to be both flexible, in order to work for as many people as possible, and firm, so that enough pressure is applied to achieve pleasure, and that’s before you even start to consider the amount of power required in both arms. Due to all this, it takes a lot for me to put my faith in one of these toys enough to test it for review, especially since my G-Spot is typically not friendly to vibrators in general. So, when Rocks Off recently contacted me about their latest dual stimulation vibe, I wasn’t interested at first, but that was until I read a bit further into it… because the Regala isn’t just your typical G-Spot and clitoral vibrator, but rather an A-Spot and clitoral vibrator!
