I always try my best to review budget-friendly sex toys where I can. But when it comes to round-ups like my annual Top 10, it’s easy to forget these kinds of products in favour of the more premium offerings I’m so lucky to have access to. So that’s why it was such a surprise, both to myself and to my readers, when I released my 2023 rankings, only for one of the most inexpensive brands on the net to have not just one, not just two, but three products included! It was the first time since 2020 a single brand has taken out that many top spots, but even that was high-end Womanizer, with products that ranged from $150 AUD to $330 AUD. In stark contrast, Funzze’s three will only set you back a mere $40 AUD to $100 AUD, and the cheapest of the bunch just so happened to be my favourite type of sex toy: a pressure wave stimulator. So, when the brand recently reached out again about completing some more reviews, I went straight to their suction section to see if they had anything that could possibly rival it.
Product Description
Whilst it is slightly more money than last year’s Funzze Sucking Massager, the Pink “O” is still very much a standard no-frills air pressure wave toy. Which isn’t to say that’s a bad thing, as seeing a toy of its price tag with a bunch of features would definitely be a red flag. Really the biggest initial difference between them would be their appearance, as whilst the Sucking Massager is quite generic looking, with its full body purple silicone, the Pink “O” instead adds a touch of fun, with its small form mixing pink and white alongside a large love heart as its single button (apparently the design was inspired by swans, but I fail to see the resemblance). All pink areas are then silicone, whilst the white is a ABS plastic that feels smooth to the touch. Stimulation is via the large nozzle that rests at the end of the Pink “O”, which also doubles as its namesake, and within this chamber is a small bead that moves back and forth rapidly to create the change in air pressure that occurs when the toy is turned on. The silicone around this area is then quite firm, with very little give around the nozzle, and at the very bottom of the toy you’ll find a hole for its charger. Finally, the Pink “O” is also waterproof, USB rechargeable, and body-safe.
Packaging
My order for the Pink “O” was placed with Funzze on the 15th of March and I received it on the 26th. The package was then 100% discreet, with no mention of the sender or what was contained within. Inside, everything was packaged the same as previous orders, and it is this level of consistency that is part of why Funzze are my favourite white-label retailer. A simple cardboard box branded with just a removable slip of paper, for maximum reusability and discretion, I then found the Pink “O” alongside its instructions (which call the toy the White Swan Sucker), a charger, a card detailing Funzze’s one year warranty, and a gold branded storage bag that fits the toy perfectly.
Charging
Charging the Funzze Pink “O” is easy since it is USB rechargeable. Simply plug one end of the charging cord into a USB port and then the other end can go directly into the hole at the bottom of the toy. When charging a light will flash, with this becoming solid once complete, and charging should take around one hour to give you an estimated one hour of use.
Controls
Whilst the Funzze Sucking Massager has three buttons, allowing for a level of control often unheard of in budget suction toys, the Pink “O” features the more standard single button. Then, to turn the toy on or off, you’ll need to simply hold this down. Once on, you’ll have access to eight different modes, and you can use the button to cycle through them. Now, if it were up to me (like it was on the Boutique Voila Little GOO), all eight of these modes would be steady speeds, with the intensity slowly growing with each new level. But, unfortunately, this is not the case, and instead the toy has a mere two steady speeds, with the rest being patterns!! After the ten levels of the Sucking Massager, this feels like such a travesty and a step in the wrong direction, and in my eyes is a problem that’s hard to overcome. On the plus side, however, the button does light up when the suction is running (on the steady speeds this means a constant light, but on the patterns it results in a blinking light as if there’s a rave party happening under my sheets), making it easier to find and use in the dark.
First Impressions
My very first reaction to the Funzze Pink “O” was one of concern when I saw that extra wide nozzle paired with a too close for comfort “tongue”. This is because when I’ve reviewed similar toys in the past, oftentimes that vibrating bead can accidentally hit my clitoris, resulting in a fair amount of pain. And the conditions here seem almost perfect for a repeat of this, although thankfully the chamber is deeper than it looks, and will hopefully mean the bead is out of reach for me. Turning it on, I then found the suction to feel quite strong, yet the noise level was a big disappointment, being much louder than I had hoped and significantly more so than the Funzze Sucking Massager. This means that the toy really isn’t going to be ideal if you have a need for privacy, as even when the suction seal is made, it is still quite audible.
My Experience
Placing the Funzze Pink “O” over me is easy due to its wide nozzle, and whilst its shape means it doesn’t create as tight a sensation as many other suction toys, it still is able to create a seal around my clitoris. Then, even though the firmer I press it the deeper I go into its chamber, I’m thankful to report I haven’t had any pain or other issues with the proximity of the vibrating bead. Instead, all I feel from it are the changes in air pressure it creates, and whilst these are by no means the best suction sensations I’ve ever felt, they’re pretty damn good. I maintain that two speeds is not enough, in any vibrator but especially a suction toy, yet Funzze have certainly succeeded in making the most of what they’ve got. The initial speed is deeply penetrating, but still low enough that you can jump right in without needing to warm up, whilst the second speed really takes things to another level. Safe to say, orgasming with the Pink “O” is easy, and very satisfying. My only downside, and this is a new one, is that after climax I find that my hand sometimes hurts. The problem is the plastic, because whilst this is smooth against the silicone ordinarily, if you apply pressure to the silicone, it will push inwards whilst the firm plastic will remain put. When this is done, such as during use, it means that the edge of this plastic gets pushed into my skin, hence the pain. It’s not really a huge problem, and eventually I’ll probably know exactly how to hold the toy to avoid it, but it is my only complaint.
Cleaning & Care
Cleaning the Funzze Pink “O” is easy since it’s fully waterproof and only designed for external use. Simply give it a quick wash with some warm soapy water after use, and then leave to air dry. Afterward, you can store it how you wish, or use Funzze’s provided storage bag. Additionally, make sure not to use silicone-based lubricant with this product, as it may affect the material it is made of.
Final Thoughts
The Funzze Sucking Massager set a high bar, and after comparing the two and realising that it is cheaper yet more advanced than the Pink “O”, offering a far greater range of intensities and a more robust control system, it felt like there was a clear winner But even though this toy had so little to work with, it made sure to make the most of every opportunity afforded to it, and it was this that made the Funzze Pink “O” my favourite of the two. Whilst the Sucking Massager may have had an impressive ten levels, these fell flat, with the initial speed being too strong and the other speeds lacking in any real variety or depth. Meanwhile, the Pink “O” had just two, but in those two were modes I’d rather use than any of the ten that the Sucking Massager had to offer. And because of this, I found the Sucking Massager difficult to orgasm with, whilst the Pink “O” was easy. Of course, there are definitely advantages to the Sucking Massager, and being able to control it more effectively is a big one, as is its slightly cheaper price. Plus, whilst I didn’t have any issues with the shallow chamber of the Pink “O”, those with a longer clitoris may, which is a concern. And, of course, I should also mention my recent review of the Boutique Voila Little GOO, another budget air pressure wave stimulator that is less than the Pink “O”, yet I called it the “one of the best suction toys I have tried in years”. Either way, I think it’s safe to say that there’s a good chance we’ll be seeing the Funzze Pink “O” again later this year for my Top 10!

Two speeds is apparently all the Funzze Pink "O" needs to knock my socks off.
